A softer alternative to a curb chain. A leather 'Moustache' chin strap. The 4th photo shows one that I purchased recently. It's such a simple design, I thought, I can make these! I have lots of 'retired' saddle strings so rather than them just sitting in a draw, I had a go and making a 'Moustache' chin strap. So easy I made quite a few!
 
There are 2 different types: single piece and two piece. One is not better than the other. 2nd photo shows single piece version and 3rd photo shows two piece version. Trio is modelling the 2 piece.
