Our special washing liquid MELP, is biodegradeable. It is highly concentrated mix of washing agents and fatliquors used for the manufacture of our own sheepskins. MELP has regreasiing properties, thus restoring the elasticity and other natural properties of the wool, the leather, but also the textile materials used in our products. It is also ideal for washing washable leathergoods. Most Mattes equestrian products are machine washable. It is impertative to follow our washing instructions which are supplied with every Mattes product purchased.
 
Please note that we only carry 250ml bottles in stock. Larger sizes will need to be special ordered and will take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
