Please list item name, number, quantity, color options, hardware options, leather options and whatever else is important to ensuring you will receive exactly what you are wanting to order. If you are unsure, please ask us. We'd love to help you find the perfect item! Please also be sure to include your full name, phone number and shipping address in your order.

In order to find a great fitting saddle for you and your horse, we have decided not to make our saddles available per online order via the website. We value our customers and love all horses, and want to be sure it will be the right fit.

IN STOCK AND CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS:
In stock items vary, as we do not keep a great amount of on hand products but we gladly take your order and have it shipped right out to you once it's back in stock, that way your item is guaranteed to be your's. Great quality takes time to produce, and our products are certainly worth waiting for. Upon reaching out to us, we can also let you know, if we have a similar product in stock. If our supplier has your requested item in stock, it will be here within 2 weeks from order placement. If it needs to be made to order, please allow 2-3 months for your item to arrive here in Australia. Custom orders of tack and/or saddles, are built to your preferences. Custom orders can not be returned, they are uniquely your's in size and design, and won't be easy for us to sell to another customer. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEMONSTRATION SADDLE SALES:
We usually have a few demonstration saddles on hand, that can be shipped out to you to ride your own horse in. We require full payment of the retail value before any items leave our shop, please see Demo Saddles page for details. Please return the demo saddle 7 days after you have received it, or you may elect to keep it. All shipping costs are non-refundable. You may purchase the demo saddle if you happen to like this particular model. You do not have to ship it back to us, if you intend to keep the saddle. Most of the time, demo saddles can be a great way for you to pick up some amazing savings on your saddle purchase, but they do go very fast. If we do not have a demo model in stock (which does happen, as we have so many different models and seat sizes, that it's practically impossible to have one of each as a demo), we may send you a new model to try for 7 days, which you can also purchase. Full payment is required prior to shipping. You will be reimbursed for the full payment minus the shipping costs if you return the saddle to us in a very good condition, so please be sure to take great care of it. Treat it like you would want us to treat your own $4,000 saddle. We do reserve the right to charge a depreciation value in case the saddle is returned with scuff marks, scratches or damaged in any other way. A refund is granted after we have received the saddle and had a chance to view it for possible damage. Please inquire about currently available demo saddles.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: Once we have confirmed your order, your products will be shipped out to you within approx. 2-3 business days if in stock. If we haven't confirmed your order, it's most likely due to us being at a horse show or event. We will respond to your request immediately upon our return and appreciate your patience. You are a valuable customer to us, and we look forward to helping you find that perfect saddle or tack item.

RETURNS: Applies to DP Saddles Only.
There is a 10 day money back guarantee on our saddles, but please keep in mind to treat them gently and only ride in it 1-2 times. No restocking fee is charged if you return it in as new condition. If you return an item, please understand that you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways. If you return an item with signs of use, we reserve the right to hold the depreciation value from your original payment and will refund the remaining balance to you. Should the item/s be returned in an unsellable fashion, you will be charged at wholesale price/s to cover our loss. We take great pride in our products and want the next customer to be just as satisfied. Should one of our products be truly defective, we will of course not charge you any return fees. When you ship an item back to us, you must provide us with a tracking number upon shipment, either by phone or email to dianne@hest.com.au. Our $80 Saddle Demo Fee applies on all saddle returns with the exception of faulty items, if a replacement saddle is not ordered.

SHIPPIING COSTS: Below are our capped postage costs. Please note that should you need to return your saddle, postage costs deducted from your refund can vary. The rates listed here are capped and therefore cheaper than the actual postage charged to us.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept all major credit cards: Visa & Mastercard (1.6% Surcharge), AMEX & Diners (2.8% Surcharge), PayPal (3% Surcharge), and cash. If you're not registered with PayPal, PayPal will put a temporary hold on your payment, that usually clears within 24 hours. In any case, please discuss your options with us personally. We enjoy personal customer service and value our customer satisfaction.

PAYMENT PLAN (LAYAWAY): 50% deposit is required to place an order for a new Saddle. Rather than part with this as a lump sum, you can make regular payments to get to this point if you wish. You can set up a weekly or fortnightly payment, (direct credit via their internet backing) that you are comfortable with. Once you have reached the half way mark (50% deposit), the order is placed for your saddle. Most of the time, your saddle will have to be made to order, so whilst it is being made for you, you can continue to make the payment amount that you are comfortable with until it is paid in full, or the saddle is ready to be shipped (which ever comes first). Saddles can take between 8 to 16 weeks to be delivered, depending on the saddle makers schedule. You can nominate weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, or just make payments when you can. Just let us know via email when you do this. Saddles will not be delivered until they are paid for in full. This is an extra service that we offer to Australian customers only. There is no 3rd party finance company involved which means this service is free as there is NO INTEREST and absolutely NO FEES! If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
